Ayurveda's Fundamental Concept

Three Primary Doshas
Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are the three doshas, each representing a combination of the five universal elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth.
Vata: Movement's Force

Pitta: Metabolism's Controller
